1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our CBD products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used items.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at info@hemphouseneworleans.com within 3 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, photos of the damaged/incorrect item, and a brief explanation of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and may offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is missing, please contact the shipping provider to file a claim.

5. Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved (in cases of incorrect or damaged products), it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
